Collection: Aeolian Islands

A Love grown over time. These photos express my love for a place that I have gradually learn to love throughout my life. I landed there for the first time in 1980, on a small sailing boat. I stopped there other times on the way from Liguria to Greece and back, and then my trip there every year let me discover and fall even more deeply in love with these island. It is an extraordinary and rather crazy place inhabited by people who are perhaps a little crazy and definitely extraordinary, even a bit “hippy”, as a dear friend of mine described them when she visited this place for the first time.
